December Goals |To Do List

Last month, I wasn’t very active on my blog because I was just so busy with work and school. This month, however, I want to do more and post more content on my blog. I have already been working on a few things that will be posted within the next few days, but I just wanted to post a quick to do list and goals that I have for this month.

One of my goals is to do a collaborative post with my son, Braylen. One of the ideas that I have is to do a Christmas themed SOC with him. TBH, I am truly interested to see what he would have to say myself. He has a very active imagination, and he is a little weird. But that’s okay because he gets it from his momma. 🙂

I want to read more in December. My bookshelf is literally overflowing with TBR books. At my last count, I think I had about 50 that I still need to read. Since I subscribe to a few book subscription boxes (BOTM, Bookish Box, etc.), it seems that I always have more books that I can realistically to read. I am going to aim to read at least 5 books in December. I may post a December update/wrap up to see how many of my goals that I actually achieve.

For my blog, I want to add more types of content. Since I am not limiting myself to one genre/ niche/ category on my blog, I want to expand what I already have. Specifically, I want to add some recipes on my blog. I am not the best cook in the world, but I like to experiment with my cooking and try new things. I have a few ideas for recipes that I want to share, so keep an eye out for those.

One of my last goals is to include more unboxing content on my blog. I subscribe to so many types of boxes, and I want to share them with the world. Usually when I get a box, I just tear through the packaging because I am so excited. I subscribed to several boxes that I don’t really hear about a lot, so I figured I may give them some love and feature them on my blog.

This was just a short post to update everyone on some ideas that I have. For December, I plan to be a lot more active because I will have a little bit more time on my hands and a little bit less stress. If anyone has some ideas for SOC topics, let me know because I really enjoy writing those and I think it would be fun to have some specific prompts to guide my writing!
